     At Magic Souls Embroidery each piece is made with dedication and care. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. 

1.Timeframe: Customers have a 14-day window from the date of receipt to request a refund or return.

2. Refunds: Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it and notify you if a refund is appropriate. If approved, it will be issued to the original payment method 5 to 10 business days.

3.Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the received item is damaged or incorrect.

4. Exceptions: Customized items are not eligible for return or refund.
