Upload your logo, name, or artwork and pay a one-time digitization fee so we can prepare your file for embroidery. Once we convert your design into a stitch-ready format, you’ll receive a detailed proof for approval.

Whether it’s your business logo, a team emblem, or a personal design, we’ll carefully review it to make sure every detail will stitch beautifully.

Step 2

👀 2. Approve Your Proof

Once we digitize your design, we’ll send you a digital proof showing exactly how your embroidery will look — thread colors, size, placement, and texture. Once you approve, we confirm your final total based on size, placement, and quantity.

You’ll get a chance to review and request any adjustments before we start production. We don’t stitch a single thread until you love what you see.

Step 3

🧵 3. We Stitch & Deliver

After your final approval, you’ll receive a secure payment link to complete your order. Once payment is processed, our team brings your design to life with expert stitching and vibrant threads.

When your items are ready, you can pick them up in Spokane Valley, request local delivery within the Spokane area, or have them shipped right to your door if you’re outside the region.

Every piece is inspected for quality, neatly finished, and packaged with care — ready to wear, gift, or proudly represent your brand.
